Description
AAM/LP/VL module is a loop-powered addressable acknowledgement device designed for self-occupied units (SOUs) and shared fire detection zones where controlled alarm escalation is required. Installed alongside a non-latching addressable detector and sounder base, the module grants occupants a fixed acknowledgement period (nominally 30 seconds) and subsequent investigation period (up to 180 seconds) to manage a potential fire event before the alarm is transmitted. Ideal for reducing false dispatches and ensuring compliance in multi-tenant or SOU applications.
Key features include software-adjustable timers, loop-powered design, a general-purpose output (GPO) signal, and a vertical housing design with integral LED indicator.
